Children’s books on rent in Amravati: how a book library works
Borrowing picture books, early readers and chapter books keeps a reading habit going without a full bookshelf. Here is how a children’s book library works.
Children read a favourite book again and again, then suddenly want something new. Buying every book they need is expensive, and the shelf fills up fast. A children’s book library lets you keep the stories coming.
How borrowing books works at Pustak Pitara
Books are part of our toy and book library. You can add books to your rental along with toys, they arrive with the rest of your delivery, and when you are ready we pick them up and you choose new ones. Tell us your child’s age and interests on WhatsApp, and we will suggest books from the current collection.
What is on our shelves
- Picture books: bright first stories for little hands.
- Early readers: gentle steps towards reading alone.
- Classic and moral tales: stories families have loved for generations.
- Activity books: colour, trace, solve and create.
- Themed story sets: bundles built around a subject or a season.
Books by age
- 0–1 year: soft books and touch-and-feel books.
- 1–3 years: board books and first picture books.
- 3–5 years: storybooks and read-together favourites.
- 5–8 years: early readers and first chapter books.
- 8–12 years: chapter books, series and activity books.
Tips for building a reading habit
- Read at the same time every day, often just before bed.
- Let your child choose some of the books.
- Talk about the pictures before reading the words.
- Swap books regularly so there is always something new waiting.
- Pair books with related toys, such as a story puzzle like Thirsty Crow.
Hygiene and care
Every book is checked and cleaned between readers. Normal wear is expected; just let us know about any damage when you return it.
