Delivery & service area
Where and how we deliver toys, books and big toys for events in and around Amravati.

01Standard service area
- Delivery and pickup are free across Amravati for toy & book library rentals, big toy rentals and most birthday and small-event setups.
- Not sure if we reach you? Send us your location and we’ll confirm.
02Beyond our standard area
- Deliveries further out may be possible case by case, depending on distance, access and schedule.
- Any extra delivery and pickup charge is shared with you before we confirm the booking.
03Timings
- Our team works Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Library deliveries are scheduled around our route plan and your availability.
- Event deliveries are planned to leave enough time for setup before guests arrive.
04At delivery & pickup
- Please make sure an adult (18+) is available at the address at the agreed time.
- Tell us early if the time or address changes.
- Share accurate address details: landmarks, society name and any access or parking notes.
05Missed deliveries or pickups
- If we can’t complete a delivery or pickup because nobody is available, the address is wrong or access isn’t possible, we’ll try to reschedule once at no extra cost wherever feasible.
- Repeated failed attempts or last-minute changes may carry an extra fee, discussed with you before it’s applied.
06Event & large setups
- For big toy setups we may need prior venue access, details about stairs or lifts and loading access, and the surface type.
- In multi-storey venues without a lift, setup can take longer; we’ll check feasibility in advance.
07Changes to our service area
- We may expand or adjust our delivery areas over time. Changes will be updated on this page.
