How personalised photo magnet orders work at Pustak Pitara: choosing a style, photo permissions, privacy, cash on delivery and fixes for damaged orders.

01Choose & order
- Choose a shape and pack, add a photo for every magnet, check each crop, then place your order with your delivery details. Our team confirms it with you on call or WhatsApp before printing.
02Payment
- Magnet orders are cash on delivery, like everything else at Pustak Pitara. Pay when your magnets arrive.
03Your photographs
- Share only photographs you have permission to use. If a child is pictured, you confirm you are their parent or guardian.
- Your cropped photos are uploaded only when you place the order, stored privately, used only to print your magnets, and deleted once the order is delivered or cancelled.
04Changes, delivery & defects
- Production time and delivery are confirmed when your design is approved. If your magnets arrive damaged or different from the approved design, tell us and we’ll make it right.
