The toy & book library
What is Pustak Pitara’s toy library?
A rental library of toys and books for children aged 0–16. You borrow curated toys and books for a week or a month, enjoy them at home, then return them and pick a new set.
What age groups do you cover?
From infants to 16 years. Toys and books are grouped roughly into 0–1, 1–3, 3–5, 5–8 and 8–12 year categories, and we’re happy to suggest picks for older children.
How many toys or books can I rent at once?
As many as you like, subject to availability—each listing shows how many are free right now. We’re happy to suggest a mix for your child’s age and interests.
Delivery, duration & damage
Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery and pickup are free across Amravati. For locations further out, contact us to check availability and any extra charges before booking.
How long can I keep the toys?
Standard rentals are weekly or monthly. Weekly suits fast-changing interests; monthly suits favourites and bigger sets.
What if a toy gets damaged?
Children play with full energy and accidents happen. If a toy breaks in normal use or a few puzzle pieces go missing, the replacement cost is on us. Only in rare cases of clear misuse or intentional damage would we discuss a charge with you—openly and fairly.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Let us know before the pickup date and we’ll confirm based on availability.
A toy shows “All rented”. Can I still book it?
Yes. Pre-book it from the date it’s expected back—the listing shows when—and we’ll hold it for you.
Hygiene & safety
How do you sanitize toys and books?
Every toy and book is cleaned and sanitized between rentals with child-safe cleaning agents, and inspected for damage before it goes to the next family.
Are big toys safe for small children?
Big toys come with age guidelines and are set up only on suitable surfaces. We share safety instructions and recommend active adult supervision at all times.
Birthday parties & events
Do you rent toys for birthday parties?
Yes—battery cars, trampolines, slides, jungle gyms, playhouses and complete play zones. We deliver, set up and pick everything up after the event.
Can you help me choose toys for my venue?
Absolutely. Share your space, age group and budget, and we’ll recommend the right mix of big toys and activity corners.
Workshops & camps
What kinds of workshops do you run?
Summer camps, science workshops, puzzle and brain-game sessions, DIY craft days and themed activity programmes.
Where are workshops held?
At partner venues, schools, societies or event locations in and around Amravati. Details are shared with each announcement.
What age groups can join?
Most programmes are grouped into 3–5, 5–8 and 8–12 years so activities stay age-appropriate.
Bookings & payment
How do I book?
Add toys to your play bag and send a rental request, or contact us on WhatsApp, phone or the enquiry form. Your toys are held as soon as you send the request, and our team confirms delivery details.
How do I pay?
Everything is cash on delivery—toy rentals, big toys and magnets. Pay when your order arrives. There’s no online payment on this website.
