1. Standard service area

  • Pustak Pitara currently offers free home delivery and pickup within approximately 12 km of Amravati city limits.
  • This applies to:
    • Toy & book library rentals
    • Premium big toy rentals

2. Delivery beyond standard radius

  • Deliveries beyond the standard 12 km radius may be possible on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • For such locations:
    • Availability will depend on distance, access, and schedule.
    • There may be an additional delivery and pickup charge, which will be shared with you before confirming the booking.
    • Deliveries and pickups for most birthday parties and small events

3. Delivery & pickup timings

  • Standard delivery and pickup hours are typically 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM – 04:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Exact timing for toy library deliveries is scheduled based on route planning and your availability.
  • Event and party deliveries are usually scheduled to allow sufficient time for setup before guests arrive.

4. Customer responsibilities at delivery & pickup

  • Ensure that someone (18+ years) is available at the provided address during the agreed delivery and pickup time.
  • Inform Pustak Pitara as early as possible if you need to change the delivery/pickup time or address.
  • Provide accurate address details, including landmarks, apartment/society name, and any access or parking instructions.

5. Failed delivery or pickup attempts

  • If our team reaches the address but is unable to complete delivery or pickup due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or access issues, the attempt may be considered a failed attempt.
  • We will try to reschedule once at no extra cost wherever feasible.
  • Repeated failed attempts or last‑minute changes may incur an additional delivery/pickup fee, which will be discussed with you before being applied.

6. Event & large setup deliveries

  • For big toy setups at birthday parties, schools, societies, or malls, we may require:
    • Prior access to the venue for setup.
    • Clear information on stairs/elevators, loading access, and surface type.
  • In multi‑story venues without elevator access, setup time may increase and feasibility will be reviewed in advance.

7. Changes to service area

  • Pustak Pitara may expand or adjust its delivery areas over time.
